          E-Tender is invited for Paintball (Arm) materials for the use of Trainees of Police Training College, Naganhalli, Gulbarga. An amount of Rs. 12 lakhs is meant for the said purpose E.M.D. for this Tender is fixed as Rs. 50,000/- and the cost of Tender Application Form is Rs. 250/- Tenderers Bidders can  take part on the Website, through Karnataka State E-portal www.eproc.karnataka.gov.in

          The Tender date is extended upto 27-01-2011 and the date of submission of Tender application is fixed as 29-01-2011 & the date of opening the Tender is fixed on 30-01-2011 at 4.30 PM.

          Further details may be obtained from the Principal, P.T.C., Naganhalli, Gulbarga.

offer my tender in response to the Detailed Tender Notification NO:STS/MDN/ 03/PTC/2010-11 dated :22-03-2011 for the supply of Paintballs (Arms) Materials as per the Specification mentioned in the Tender Notification to Principal Police Training College, Naganahalli Gulbarga. as per the schedule to this letter.

            I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Detailed Tender Notification  No:STS/MDN/03/PTC/2010-11 dated :22-03-2011.

I am aware that failure to comply with any of the conditions of the notification by the tenderer will empower the Chairman Tender Accepting Authority and Principal Police Training College, Naganahalli Gulbarga  to reject the Tender, forfeit the Earnest Money Deposit and arranqe for retenderer at the cost of the tenderer and that the orders of the Tender Accepting Authority shall be final and binding legally,

            I abide, by the orders of the chairman, Tender Accepting Authority, Police Training College, Naganahalli, Gulbarga, who reserves the right of acceptance or rejection of any tender without assigning any reasons thereon.

            Further, I am aware of the condition that the decisions on tender shall be published in the District Tender Bulletin in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Gulbarga Dist., and the Notice Board of the office of the Principal, Police Training College, Naganahalli, Gulbarga and that it shall be deemed to be the date of communication of acceptance of the tender to the successful tenderer for the due fulfillment of the conditions of the tender contract by the successful tenderer.
